You’ll be responsible for managing reservations, handling takeout orders, greeting and seating guests, answering the phone and making sure the dining experience starts on a good note. Line Cook

One of the first ways to break into the restaurant industry is to become a line cook. The backbone of kitchen operations, you’re responsible for executing recipes under supervision from our head cook. Your core responsibilities are preparing your workstation before service and churning out meals quickly and efficiently during service.



  • Lead daily preparation of food items and station management

  • Handle set-up, stocking and preparing food in accordance to our head cook’s recipes and standards

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper safety procedures are followed

  • Organize kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas


  • Basic knife skills

  • Food safety knowledge

  • Speed and finesse are a must

  • Thoughtful, mature self starter

  • Love of food and cooking

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred

In this role, you would be interacting with our guests and ensuring that their needs are met while in our restaurant. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests.



  • Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
  • Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests
  • Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
  • Providing excellent and timely customer service
  • Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
  • Stocking the bar inventory when needed
  • Other duties as required


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Smart Serve certification (or equivalent Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) in your location*)
  • Mixology Certification considered a definite asset
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
