About Us
Kelly and Tiffany O’Neal proudly refer to the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) as their home. After much deliberation, they decided that opening the first-ever Rally Point Grille franchise in Evans, Georgia, was their way of returning the kindness they received from the community.
Both Kelly and Tiffany have a military background: Kelly is a retired Army Signal Officer and Tiffany is a Navy veteran. With three adult children, (one who is in the Navy as well) they have deep roots in the community, thanks to military life and their entrepreneurial venture.
The O’Neals eagerly looks forward to sharing your stories of where you’re from, where you served, and where you’ll be going next.
